Meet Your Guides…

We help people ditch the all-or-nothing mindset & find a gentler, more sustainable approach to wellness.

Andi Galusha, RN, HWNC-BC

Holistic Registered Nurse
Health & Wellness Coach

Andi Galusha blends compassionate coaching with practical wellness strategies, making self-care approachable—even for those who feel burnt out or stuck in all-or-nothing thinking.

Andi is a Board-Certified Holistic Registered Nurse and Wellness Coach who believes that self-care isn’t about perfection—it’s about meeting yourself where you are and finding what actually feels good. With a warm and intuitive approach, she helps clients quiet self-doubt, embrace self-compassion, and build sustainable habits that nurture both body and mind.

As a Voice Embodiment Master Coach for the Your Big Voice program, Andi also helps people reconnect with their voice in ways that go far beyond speaking or singing, guiding them toward deeper self-expression and confidence.

A singer/songwriter, sci-fi fan, and lover of a good dirty chai, Andi also enjoys dancing, soaking up ocean air, and spending time with their husband and twelve-year-old twins. Whether you're harmonizing to a favorite song, getting lost in a great book, or finding joy in movement, Andi believes wellness should feel like something you want to do—not just another thing on your to-do list. Life is busy, messy, and full of unexpected twists, but self-care can become a natural, nourishing part of the journey with the right support.

Her favorite moments are those spent listening to the soothing waves of the ocean or breathing in the crisp mountain air, relishing the quiet joy of being outdoors.
She believes that health is a lifestyle, not a destination, and it should be as
rich, colorful, and unique as each individual.
