9-Session Personalized Curriculum

Developed and delivered by Board-Certified Holistic Nurse and Nurse Coach Andi Galusha, RN, HWNC-BC, this structured wellness coaching program is informed by clinical experience and focused on sustainable lifestyle change through compassionate guidance, health education, and individualized planning.

Rooted in whole-person care, this program helps clients strengthen daily habits that influence long-term health while feeling supported, empowered, and deeply seen throughout the process.

Session 2: Restorative Sleep Support
Learn practical strategies to improve sleep quality, regulate rhythms, and support the body’s natural restoration processes.

Session 3: Hydration & Nourishment Foundations
Receive guidance on hydration, balanced nutrition, and approachable food choices that support steady energy and overall health.

Session 4: Blood Sugar Awareness & Supportive Food Choices
Understand how daily habits influence metabolic health and explore sustainable approaches to blood sugar balance.

Session 5: Heart Health Education
Review lifestyle factors connected to cholesterol and blood pressure while identifying supportive shifts that protect cardiovascular health.

Session 6: Movement with Compassion
Develop a realistic, personalized approach to physical activity that honors your body, supports longevity, and reduces injury risk.

Targeted Program Options

For individuals seeking more focused support, condensed coaching programs are available in 3-session and 6-session formats. These structured packages are derived from the Foundations of Wellness curriculum and allow for targeted education and goal-setting in areas such as:

Specific session topics are determined collaboratively based on individual health goals and provider recommendations when applicable.

Program Investment & FSA/HSA Considerations

Foundations of Wellness is a personalized, structured coaching program designed to support meaningful and sustainable health change.

9-Session Comprehensive Program: $1,800
6-Session Focused Program: $1,200
3-Session Targeted Program: $600

Payment may be made in full or through a structured installment plan. If you plan to use FSA/HSA funds, please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator before enrollment, as clients are responsible for all program fees regardless of reimbursement outcomes.

Professional & Reimbursement Information

Services consist of wellness coaching and health education and do not constitute nursing care, medical diagnosis, or treatment. The Foundations of Wellness is an FSA/HSA eligible program. This program may qualify for reimbursement when deemed medically necessary to support individual health goals and accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity from a licensed healthcare provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined by each individual’s plan.
